Convenient and secure payment for Ainvero services
Payment for Ainvero services and digital features is made online through monobank’s payment infrastructure. We strive to make the payment process simple, clear, and accessible for users from different countries.
Payment methods
Payments are processed through monobank. Payment by bank card is available, as well as via Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Payment geography
The service is intended for accepting international online payments. Payment may be available to customers from different countries worldwide, provided such transactions are not restricted by the bank, payment system, applicable law, or sanctions requirements.
Payment currency
All payments on the service are made in US dollars (USD). If the customer’s card is issued in another currency, conversion may be carried out by the issuing bank according to its exchange rate and internal rules.
Possible fees
The customer’s bank, the card issuer, or the payment system may charge additional fees, including for international payments, currency conversion, or other related banking services. Such fees are paid by the customer independently.
Payment acceptance restrictions
We do not accept payments if they are connected with jurisdictions, persons, banks, payment instruments, or transactions that are subject to sanctions, prohibitions, or other restrictions under Ukrainian law, the acquiring bank’s requirements, payment system rules, or the service’s internal policies.
In particular, the service does not accept payments connected with the russian federation, the republic of belarus, as well as other states, persons, or transactions subject to applicable restrictions or sanctions regimes.
Payment confirmation and processing
A payment is considered successful after the transaction is confirmed by the bank and/or the payment system. If a payment is declined, the user is advised to verify the payment details, available card limit, card settings for international payments, and, if necessary, contact the bank that issued the card.
Access to paid features or digital services is provided after successful payment confirmation in the system.
Important note
Payment terms, exchange rates, additional fees, as well as the ability to complete an international transaction may depend on the customer’s bank, the payment system, and the country where the card was issued.
