How Ainvero processes and protects personal data
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the Ainvero service may collect, for what purposes it is used, to whom it may be transferred, how it is protected, and what rights the user has regarding their personal data.

Why data is needed

Payments
Payment for services is made through a payment provider. Ainvero does not store full bank card details of users. Payment data is processed by the relevant bank or payment system.
User rights
The user has the right to know what data is being processed, to request its clarification, restriction of processing, deletion, or termination of processing in cases provided by law.
What data we may collect
Depending on how the Ainvero service is used, the following categories of data may be processed:
- user identification data: name, nickname, messenger ID, or another account identifier;
- contact data: email address, phone number, or other data that the user provides independently;
- technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, date and time of service use, technical system logs;
- payment data: payment status, amount, currency, payment date, transaction identifier, and other information required to confirm payment;
- service interaction data: request history, messages, settings, selected language, tariff plan, number of used messages or features;
- support requests: message text, request topic, request date, and information required to resolve the user’s issue.
For what purposes we use data
Personal data is used only within the purposes necessary to provide the digital service, operate the service, and comply with legal obligations.

- providing access to AI models, chats, subscriptions, message packages, and other service features;
- processing payments, confirming purchases, refunding money, and maintaining financial records;
- ensuring service security, preventing fraud, abuse, technical failures, or unauthorized access;
- providing technical and customer support;
- improving service quality, analyzing feature performance, and fixing errors;
- complying with legal, tax, accounting, and other mandatory rules.
Messages and AI requests
The user understands that text requests, messages, files, or other content sent through the service may be processed to provide a response from an AI model, save conversation history, provide technical support, ensure quality control, and maintain service security.
Users are not advised to send confidential information, trade secrets, passwords, payment details, documents, medical data, or other sensitive data through the service unless it is necessary for the purpose of the request.
Transfer of data to third parties
To provide services, Ainvero may transfer or entrust the processing of certain data to payment service providers, hosting providers, analytics services, AI model providers, technical contractors, support services, and other parties if this is necessary for the operation of the service.
Such parties receive access only to the data necessary to perform the relevant function and must process it in accordance with agreements, security rules, and legal requirements.
International data transfer
Since the service may use international hosting providers, payment services, AI models, or technical infrastructure, personal data may be transferred or processed outside Ukraine.
In such cases, Ainvero takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to ensure that such transfer is carried out in accordance with legal requirements and with an appropriate level of personal data protection.
Cookies, analytics, and technical logs
The website or web interface of the service may use cookies, browser local storage, analytics tools, and technical logs. They help maintain authorization, remember settings, analyze service performance, detect errors, and improve security.

User rights regarding personal data
The user has the right to contact Ainvero regarding their personal data. In particular, the user may:
- receive information about the processing of their personal data;
- access their personal data;
- request clarification, updating, or correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of personal data in cases provided by law;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data if processing is carried out on the basis of consent;
- object to certain types of processing or request its restriction;
- file a complaint with the authorized body in the field of personal data protection.
Children’s data
The Ainvero service is not intended for independent use by persons who have not reached the age required to independently enter into an electronic contract or provide consent to the processing of personal data under applicable law.
If we become aware that a child’s personal data was provided without proper consent of a legal representative, we will take reasonable measures to delete such data or restrict its processing.
Marketing messages
Ainvero may send service messages related to account operation, payments, security, changes to terms, or technical support.
Marketing messages, if used, are sent in accordance with applicable law. The user may opt out of receiving such messages by a method available in the service or by contacting support.
